Sandra’s Chicken

This chicken is just plain fllaaammmeee! Sure to ignite your taste buds and keep the body guessing!

INGREDIENTS

Flour

3-4 Eggs (beaten)

Bread crumbs or panko crumbs

Parmesan Cheese

Salt and pepper

Garlic powder

Olive Oil

Chicken Breasts (Thick chicken cut it lengthwise or pound out)

INSTRUCTIONS

Coat chicken with flour. Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs. Coat chicken in breadcrumb, garlic powder, salt/pepper, and parm cheese mixture.

Heat a pan with olive oil and brown both sides of the chicken.

Then bake at 350 for 20 mins
