  • 2 Blocks of cream cheese
  • 2 Cans Del Monte Southwest Corn (Poblano and red pepper)
  • 1/4 Cup sour cream
  • 8 oz pepper jack cheese
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Tajin Spice
  • (Tajin and cotija cheese to top at the end)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 2-3 hours
