Sweet Potato Fries

Delicious and addictive these savory fries have all the great seasoning and taste of sweet potato fries without all the grease and fat. These fries are irresistible and very easy to make!

Sweet Potatoe Fries

PREP TIME: 10 mins

BAKE TIME: 15 hrs

WAIT TIME: 5 mins to cool

TOTAL TIME: 30 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-5 medium to large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS                                                                      

  1. Heat oven to 400. Cut sweet potatoes into sticks the size of french fries. (This can be very hard to do and I recommend this sweet potato fry maker that works wonders and makes cutting the potatoes a breeze!!). Toss the olive oil and fries.
  2. In a bowl, combine garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper. Toss fries in the spice mix and spread fries on 2 rimmed baking pans. These baking sheets making baking and cleanup so easy!
  3. Bake until crispy (about 15 mins), flip fries and cook an additional 10 mins until the other side is also crispy.

  • The thinner you cut the fries the crisper they will be.
