Strawberry Banana Jello Fruit Salad

This delicious fruit salad is perfect served with dinner or as dessert. Rich and creamy who doesn’t love the delicious taste of strawberries, bananas, and a creamy filling!

Strawberry Banana Jello Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 pkgs (3oz) of strawberry Jello
  • 2 pkgs frozen strawberries
  • 1 large (20 oz) can of crushed pineapple
  • 4 mashed bananas
  • 4 1/2 cups liquid (Drain strawberries & pineapple. Save liquid then add enough water to make 4 1/2 cups)
  • 1 pint sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the 4 1/2 cups of liquid and dissolve jello in it. Let cool down good.
  2. Mix Fruit into jello mixture. Refrigerate until it begins to thicken. Pour 1/3 of mixture into glass casserole dish. Refrigerate until firm.
  3. Spread on 1/2 pint of sour cream. Add another 1/3 layer of fruit and jello mixture and refrigerate until firm. Add rest of sour cream and layer with rest of fruit and jello mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 15 mins to chill.
