This simple recipe makes for some delicious, creamy, and cheesy homemade Mac & Cheese. A family favorite and quick to whip up.

INGREDIENTS                                                         

  • 1 (16 oz) box elbow macaroni (I usually use about 1/2 or 3/4 of the box)
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 cups milk, divided
  • 8 oz’s Velveeta cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook macaroni in a large saucepan according to instructions on box. Drain.
  2. Add in butter, 1 1/2 cups milk, and velveeta cheese. Melt on low and add in the rest of milk as needed to ensure Mac & Cheese does not get too dry.

  • Get creative and add in bacon, BBQ chicken, or whatever creation you can think of!
