Simple Homemade Mac & Cheese

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (16 oz) box elbow macaroni (I usually use about 1/2 or 3/4 of the box)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cups milk, divided
- 8 oz’s Velveeta cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook macaroni in a large saucepan according to instructions on box. Drain.
- Add in butter, 1 1/2 cups milk, and velveeta cheese. Melt on low and add in the rest of milk as needed to ensure Mac & Cheese does not get too dry.
