Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4-5 small to medium sweet potatoes cubed
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425. Place olive oil and sweet potatoes in a large bowl. Pour cinnamon over top mix and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place sweet potatoes in large 15×10 inch baking pan with a lip.
- Bake for 20-25 mins, stirring halfway through.
