Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Oven-roasted veggies are a fry fam specialty. Roasted to perfection with cinnamon these sweet potatoes are simply delicious.

Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes

PREP TIME: 10 mins

BAKE TIME: 25 mins

WAIT TIME: 5 mins to cool

TOTAL TIME: 40 mins

SERVINGS: 6-8

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4-5 small to medium sweet potatoes cubed

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Place olive oil and sweet potatoes in a large bowl. Pour cinnamon over top mix and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place sweet potatoes in large 15×10 inch baking pan with a lip.
  2. Bake for 20-25 mins, stirring halfway through.

  • Watch closely while baking to ensure veggies are not overcooked. Should still have a slight crunch to maintain all those great nutrients!
