Oven Roasted Parmesan Garlic Brussel Sprouts

Oven-roasted veggies are a fry fam specialty. Roasted to perfection with parmesan and garlic for flavor these brussel sprouts are simply delicious.

Parmesan Garlic Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts

BAKE TIME: 15 mins

TOTAL TIME: 25 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or spread on baking mat.
  2. Trim off outer, dry leaves, cut off bottom of sprouts and slice lengthwise. In a large bowl toss sprouts with 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper to coat thoroughly.
  3. Transfer sprouts to baking sheet and roast until tender and caramelized, about 20 mins. Turn over halfway through baking. Remove and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  • Watch closely while baking to ensure veggies are not overcooked. Should still have a slight crunch to maintain all those great nutrients!
  • Perfect side to any casserole!
