Parmesan Garlic Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb brussel sprouts halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or spread on baking mat.
- Trim off outer, dry leaves, cut off bottom of sprouts and slice lengthwise. In a large bowl toss sprouts with 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper to coat thoroughly.
- Transfer sprouts to baking sheet and roast until tender and caramelized, about 20 mins. Turn over halfway through baking. Remove and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
