Oven-roasted veggies are a fry fam specialty. Roasted to perfection with Honey and Balsamic for a sweet and savory flavor these brussel sprouts are simply delicious.
Honey Balsamic Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lb brussel sprouts halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil, seperated
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or spread on baking mat.
- Trim off outer, dry leaves, cut off bottom of sprouts and slice lengthwise. In a large bowl toss sprouts with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to coat thoroughly.
- Transfer sprouts to baking sheet and roast until tender and caramelized, about 20 mins. Turn over halfway through baking.
- Place sprouts back in bowl, add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Toss to coat evenly. Taste and season with salt if necessary.
