Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Oven-roasted veggies are a fry fam specialty. Roasted to perfection with garlic and parmesan for flavor this cauliflower is simply delicious.

Oven Roasted Cauliflower

PREP TIME: 10 mins

BAKE TIME: 25 mins

WAIT TIME: 5 mins to cool

TOTAL TIME: 40 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large head cauliflower, separated into florets
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Grease a large casserole dish. Place olive oil and garlic in a large bowl. Add cauliflower and mix. Pour into a casserole dish, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Bake for 20-25 mins, stirring halfway through. Top with parmesan cheese and parsley, and broil for 3-5 mins, or until golden brown

  • Watch closely while baking to ensure veggies are not overcooked. Should still have a slight crunch to maintain all those great nutrients!
