INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb ground beef
4 links chorizo
1 pkg bacon (About 10 strips) THIS IS THE SECRET!
1 can of diced tomatoes
Large Onion diced
3 Peppers (green/yellow/red)
1 can red kidney beans (undrained)
2 cans busch’s grilling beans (any flavor)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook beef, bacon, and chorizo and set aside.
Pour beans, tomatoes, and diced onions in peppers in large pot. add in meat and seasonings and cook on high for 10 mins. Reduce heat and simmer 50 mins stirring occasionally.
Add cheese, sour cream, green onions or any desired toppings and serve hot!
