INGREDIENTS
1 16 oz box of penne noodles
3 cups of diced cooked chicken
3 tbsp sweet butter
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook penne pasta according to pkg and drain. In a large pot melt butter and oil on medium heat. Add cream, garlic, and pepper and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stir often until mixture is slightly reduced (5 mins).
Stir in parmesan cheese and simmer until thick and smooth (8-10 mins). Add mozzarella cheese and stir until cheese is melted (5 mins).
Add chicken to the mixture, toss and serve over the pasta. ENJOY!
