Homemade Sausage N’ Cheese Balls

These bite-size balls are the perfect appetizer or snack. Savory sausage swirled with cheese, onion, and a hint of garlic, these balls make the perfect crowd-pleaser.

Homemade Sausage N’ Cheese Balls

BAKE TIME:  15 mins

WAIT TIME: 5 mins to cool

TOTAL TIME: 35  mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/4 cups Bisquick
  • 1 lb mild uncooked sausage
  • 8 oz pkg grated cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 cup milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a very large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well with a wooden spoon. Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange balls on two 15×10 inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake uncovered at 400 for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.

Dipping Sauce (Optional)

1 cup ketchup, 3/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar

  • In a small saucepan combine dipping ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat for 2-3 mins or until heated through. Serve with sausage balls.
