Homemade Sausage N’ Cheese Balls

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/4 cups Bisquick
- 1 lb mild uncooked sausage
- 8 oz pkg grated cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a very large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well with a wooden spoon. Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange balls on two 15×10 inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake uncovered at 400 for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
Dipping Sauce (Optional)
1 cup ketchup, 3/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
- In a small saucepan combine dipping ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat for 2-3 mins or until heated through. Serve with sausage balls.
