  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 scoops protein (Any flavor you like)
  • 1 banana
  • dash of baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon as desired
  • 1/2 cup milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender combine all ingredients and mix well. Add water if needed to gain desired consistency.
  2. Preheat griddle to 350. Lightly oil griddle and pour batter onto the griddle. I like to make mine into silver dollar pancakes, but the pancake size is up to personal preference.

Fry Fam’S TIPS
