Homemade Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 scoops protein (Any flavor you like)
- 1 banana
- dash of baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon as desired
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp flax (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender combine all ingredients and mix well. Add water if needed to gain desired consistency.
- Preheat griddle to 350. Lightly oil griddle and pour batter onto the griddle. I like to make mine into silver dollar pancakes, but the pancake size is up to personal preference.
