Homemade No-Bake Lemon Pie

This delicious, creamy lemon pie is light and sweet on top of a graham cracker crust. Easy and quick this is a hit with the whole family.

Homemade No-Bake Lemon Pie

INGREDIENTS                                                         

  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk, divided
  • 1 pkg instant lemon jello pudding
  • 9 in graham cracker crust

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Stir cream cheese until very soft, blend in 1/2 cup milk. Add in remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly with a hand mixer until combined (do not overbeat).
  2. Pour at once into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs lightly over top.
  3. Chill for at least 1 hour.

  • Crust can be homemade with crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
