Homemade No-Bake Lemon Pie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
- 2 cups milk, divided
- 1 pkg instant lemon jello pudding
- 9 in graham cracker crust
INSTRUCTIONS
- Stir cream cheese until very soft, blend in 1/2 cup milk. Add in remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly with a hand mixer until combined (do not overbeat).
- Pour at once into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs lightly over top.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
