INGREDIENTS
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 (26 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 lbs cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
- 1 tbsp parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook noodles according to package. In a medium skillet cook ground beef until browned. Combine spaghetti sauce and beef. In a large baking pan, cover bottom of pan with a thin layer of meat and sauce mixture, then a layer of 3 lasagna noodles on top.
- Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and parsley in a bowl. Put a layer of this cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Cover with 1/3 mozzarella cheese.
- Add another thin layer of sauce and repeat the layering twice more noodles, then cheese mixture, then mozzarella.
- End layer of noodles with sauce and meat mixture and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30-45 mins, until bubbly.
