Homemade Ice Cream
PREP TIME: 15 mins
BAKE TIME: 1 hr 5 mins
WAIT TIME: 5 mins to cool
TOTAL TIME: 1 hr 25 mins

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups half and half cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
W/ Ice Cream Maker
- Mix all ingredients, ensure sugar is completely mixed. Fill ice cream maker (no more than 2/3 full). Freeze as instructed.
W/O Ice Cream maker
- Place a 13×9 inch dish in freezer until cold. Mix all ingredients together and pour into dish. Freeze until mixture starts to set (20-30 mins). Use a hand mixer and beat until smooth. Cover and freeze until firm (3 hours) beating every 30 mins.
Fry Fam’S TIPS
- For strawberry ice cream, sub 2 cups of strawberries for 1 cup half and half. Puree strawberries and mix with other ingredients before freezing.
