Homemade Apple Carrot Casserole

INGREDIENTS
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 large sliced green apples
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- In small bowl mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
- Place in casserole dish a layer of peeled, sliced apples, then a layer of sliced, cooked carrots. Over this sprinkle some dry mixture, another layer of apples and carrots, more dry mixture, and then a layer of just apples. Finish the dry mixture on top. Pour orange juice on top and dot with butter.
- Cover casserole and bake at 350 only till apples are desired tenderness.
