Homemade Breakfast Pizza

With eggs, cheese, and bacon, this pizza is fast and simple and will appeal to all ages!

Homemade Breakfast Pizza

BAKE TIME: 20 mins

WAIT TIME: 5 mins to cool

TOTAL TIME: 30 mins

SERVINGS: 4 (2 slices each)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tubs (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 pkg (3 oz) bacon bits (Optionally I fry up my own bacon to crumble)
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Unroll crust into a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan; flatten dough and build up edges slightly. Brush with 1 tbsp oil. Prick dough thoroughly with a fork. Bake at 400 for 7-8 mins or until lightly browned.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk eggs and water. Ina  small skillet, heat remaining oil until hot. Add eggs; cook and stir over medium heat until completely set.
  3. Spoon eggs over crust. Sprinkle with bacon and cheeses. Bake 5-7 mins longer or until cheese is melted.

  • Watch carefully when baking and add or subtract a little baking time for a crispier or softer crust.
