INGREDIENTS

Crust

  • 2 cups vanilla wafers
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter

Filling

  • 2 pkgs dream whip
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
  • 1 can of pineapple
  • 1 can (18oz) blueberry pie filling

INSTRUCTIONS

Crust

  1. Crush vanilla wafers and combine 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs with sugar, and melted butter. Place 2/3 mixture in bottom of 9×13 inch pan.

Filling

  • Whip 2 pkgs dream whip as directed. Add powdered sugar, cream cheese, and pineapple. Pour 1/2 mixture over crust. Layer on blueberry pie filling.
  • Top with remaining cream mixture, sprinkle with remaining wafer crumbs. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  • Best served chilled ( I recommend letting sit in fridge overnight).
