This is a fry fam favorite! Ham and egg with melted swiss cheese on top of an open face English muffin! What’s not to love?!

Ham and Eggs a La Swiss Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS                                                         

  • 4 english muffins, split
  • 3 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
  • 4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese
  • Paprika to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spread muffins with butter. Toast muffins until lightly browned. Divide ham evenly among muffin halves. Arrange egg slices evenly over ham. Set aside.
  2. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise stirring well. Spoon mixture evenly over sandwiches; sprinkle each half with shredded cheese and paprika.
  3. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 1-2 mins or until cheese melts and sandwiches are heated.
