This delicious healthy chicken recipe is a protein-packed punch. Creamy chicken sautéed in garlic and sun-dried tomatoes this easy garlic Tuscan chicken recipe is a winner.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large skillet cook the chicken on medium high heat for 3-5 mins on each side until brown and no pink is left in the middle. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Whisk over medium high heat until mixture starts to thicken. Add in spinach and sundried tomatoes and let simmer until spinach starts to wilt. Add chicken back in and serve over pasta or rice.
