INGREDIENTS
- 4 large avocados, ripe
- 1/2 small onion, diced fine
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced very fine
- 1 fresh lime
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice avocados, remove the pit, and scoop out into a bowl. Mashup avocados to desired chunkiness.
- Add in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. (When adding lime juice squeeze a little at a time and then mix. Depending on the size of avocados used you may not need all the lime juice as it could cause it to become to slushy).
Fry Fam’S TIPS
- Make sure to use a fresh lime and not bottled lime juice.
- PRO TIP! To best preserve the guac place in airtight containers, I use these containers, and cover with a thin layer of water. When ready to serve again drain off water and ENJOY! (Helps preserve guac life by a few days)
