Protein Fruit Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups milk (Can also use almond milk or just water)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 3-4 prunes or dates
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • Mixed fruit as desired (I love mangoes and peaches, but you can mix it up)
  • 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Add water or more milk to gain desired consistency. I usually throw 4-5 ice cubes in the mixer as well to chill.

  • Store any leftovers in a glass container in the freezer, just unthaw and you are good to go!
