Protein Fruit Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups milk (Can also use almond milk or just water)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 stick of celery
- 3-4 prunes or dates
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 5 frozen strawberries
- Mixed fruit as desired (I love mangoes and peaches, but you can mix it up)
- 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Add water or more milk to gain desired consistency. I usually throw 4-5 ice cubes in the mixer as well to chill.

- Store any leftovers in a glass container in the freezer, just unthaw and you are good to go!
