Oven Roasted Garlic Parmesan Green Beans

Oven-roasted veggies are a fry fam specialty. Roasted to perfection with parmesan and garlic for flavor these green beans are simply delicious.

Oven Roasted Green Beans

PREP TIME: 5 mins

BAKE TIME: 15 mins

WAIT TIME: 5 mins to cool

TOTAL TIME: 25 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 12oz green beans
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Lightly toss with olive oil, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Bake at 425 for 10 mins. Turn or flip beans and bake additional 5 mins. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

  • Watch closely while baking to ensure veggies are not overcooked. Should still have a slight crunch to maintain all those great nutrients!
  • Perfect side to any casserole!
