Oven-roasted veggies are a fry fam specialty. Roasted to perfection with parmesan for flavor this asparagus is simply delicious.

Oven Roasted Asparagus

PREP TIME: 5 mins

BAKE TIME: 10 mins

WAIT TIME: 5 mins to cool

TOTAL TIME: 20 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • Shaved parmesan cheese
  • olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag or bundle of asparagus

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Lightly toss with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste..
  2. Bake at 400 for 10 mins. Sprinkle with shaved parmesan cheese.

  • Watch closely while baking to ensure veggies are not overcooked. Should still have a slight crunch to maintain all those great nutrients!
  • Perfect side to any casserole!
