Homemade Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These moist, chewy oatmeal cookies are packed with raisins and a hint of cinnamon. These cookies will vanish before they even cool off!

Homemade Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1,2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 cups oats, uncooked

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; add to mixture and beat well.
  3. Add oats and raisins; mix well.
  4. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 mins or until golden brown.
