Homemade Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

INGREDIENTS
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1,2 tsp salt
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 cups oats, uncooked
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oven to 350. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined.
- Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; add to mixture and beat well.
- Add oats and raisins; mix well.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 mins or until golden brown.
