Homemade Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Homemade Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz box of fettuccine noodles
  • 3 cups of diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 pint (16 oz) half and half
  • 1 1/2 shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook fettuccine noodles according to pkg and drain. In a large pot melt butter, add half and half, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Once melted and blended together add fettuccine noodles and chicken. If the mixture is dry add more half and half.
  3. Toss and serve
