Homemade Buffalo Chicken Dip

Quick and easy this dip is the perfect blend of chicken and cheesy goodness with a little kick to go along. Perfect for a Sunday watching football or served as an appetizer or snack.

Homemade Buffalo Chicken Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar and monterey cheese shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (Can be adjusted based on preference)
  • 2/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch, and sour cream. Mix together until mostly smooth.
  2. Combine chicken with 2/3 cup of buffalo sauce and mix together. SPread cream cheese mixture out in bottom of 9″ inch round baking dish and cover with buffalo chicken mixture. Top with remaining buffalo sauce, then sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
  3. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 mins, or until hot and bubbly. ENJOY!

  • You can adjust the buffalo sauce to preference for a mild or flamin hot kick in this awesome dip.
  • Goes great with fresh veggies or tortilla chips for dipping!
