INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients.
- Spoon into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate. Bake 20 mins or until heated through.
