Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Spoon into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate. Bake 20 mins or until heated through.
